Preparation

To minimize the clinical risk of bruising, avoid Aspirin, Ibuprofen, Vitamin E, and Fish Oil supplements for 1 week prior. Refrain from alcohol for 48 hours.
Cold Sore Management
If you are prone to cold sores, please begin a course of antiviral medication (such as Acyclovir) 3 days before your treatment. Injections can act as a trigger.
Nutritional Support
We recommend taking Arnica tablets or eating fresh pineapple for 2–3 days before your session to help suppress post-injection edema.
Clinical Timing
Ensure you do not have any major social events, dental procedures, or international flights scheduled for 2 weeks following your treatment.
Aftercare
Edema Management
Apply a cold clinical compress to the lips for 10 minutes every hour on the day of treatment. This significantly reduces swelling and provides immediate comfort.
Structural Integration
Do not massage, rub, or apply firm pressure to the lips for the first 48 hours. Excessive manipulation can cause the product to migrate.
Activity & Heat
Avoid strenuous exercise, saunas, and steam rooms for 48 hours. Increased blood flow and heat to the face can exacerbate swelling.
Dermal Settling Phase
Sleep with your head elevated for the first 2 nights. Initial results may appear 'overfilled' due to swelling; please allow 14 days for the product to settle.
