Microneedling
(Face & Hair)
Revitalize your skin’s structural integrity and scalp health with professional Microneedling (Collagen Induction Therapy) at Lilac Aesthetic. Experience a transformative approach to rejuvenation that triggers your body's natural regenerative response to work from the inside out.
Benefits of Microneedling
Reduces Scarring (Face)
Effectively breaks down old scar tissue and stimulates rapid repair, significantly improving the appearance of acne scars.
Improves Texture (Face)
Diminishes fine lines, wrinkles, and pore size, resulting in smoother, firmer, and a more uniform skin texture.
Stimulates Growth (Hair)
Increases blood flow and introduces essential growth factors to dormant follicles, encouraging natural hair density.
Enhances Absorption
Creates micro-channels that allow therapeutic serums (like PRP) to penetrate up to 80% deeper into the skin.

Dermal Induction
A high-precision clinical protocol designed to trigger natural repair and structural resurfacing at Lilac Aesthetic.

Precision Preparation
We begin by sterilizing the treatment area (face or scalp) and applying a high-potency topical numbing agent. This ensures that the subsequent creation of micro-channels is a comfortable clinical experience.

Mechanical Induction
Using medical-grade vertical needling technology, we create thousands of controlled micro-channels. This triggers the body’s 'wound-healing' cascade, immediately mobilizing collagen-producing fibroblasts.

Active Infusion
During the needling process, clinical-grade serums are infused into the micro-channels. These active nutrients reach the deeper dermis or hair follicles with significantly higher bio-availability.

Structural Remodeling
Post-treatment, the skin begins a 4-6 week remodeling phase. New collagen and elastin fibers are synthesized, progressively smoothing scars, refining texture, or strengthening hair follicles from the root.
Clinical Protocol
Optimizing collagen induction & follicular health
Preparation
Active Ingredient Cessation
Discontinue Retinol (Vitamin A), AHAs, BHAs, and strong exfoliants for 5 days prior. This ensures the dermal barrier is stable and prevents excessive sensitivity.
Vascular Integrity
Avoid alcohol for 24 hours and anti-inflammatories (Ibuprofen) for 3 days before. Maintaining blood-clotting factors minimizes bruising during the procedure.
UV Defense & Tanning
Avoid intentional sun exposure or tanning beds for 1 week prior. We cannot perform Microneedling on sunburnt skin as it compromises the regenerative response.
Clean Foundation
Arrive with the area clean. For face: no makeup. For hair: wash your hair on the morning of the procedure using mild shampoo, avoiding styling products or fibers.
Aftercare
The 24-Hour Sterility Window
Avoid touching the treated area and do not apply any makeup or non-prescribed hair products for 24 hours. Keep the micro-channels clean to prevent infection.
Thermal & Activity Restrictions
Refrain from strenuous exercise, saunas, steam rooms, and hot showers for 48 hours. Heat and sweat can increase inflammation and cause unwanted swelling.
Strict UV Protection
Freshly needled skin is highly vulnerable to hyperpigmentation. Apply a broad-spectrum SPF 50 daily and avoid direct sunlight for at least 7 days.
Gentle Restoration
Resume your normal skincare or hair routine only after 72 hours. Avoid active ingredients (Retinol/Acids) for 7 days. Focus strictly on deep hydration.
